Bernie decides to take Niko for a day of F-U-N. Meet him at Pier 45.

Bring Bernie to the waters off of Firefly Island. From there, he will sight another boat of cute guys. But upon closer inspection it is shown that they are actually "Urodlivye russkie!" (Ugly Russians!), who begin shooting at their boat. Chase them through the waters of Liberty City. The LCPD will give chase, but Dmitri's men will fight them off. They'll try to escape on land in South Bohan. Disembark and finish them off.
