Capcom has also acted as a publisher and localization team for Western titles in Eastern territories, the biggest and most recent example of this has been bringing the Grand Theft Auto series to Japan.

According to a recent article in hugely popular Japanese gaming magazine Famitsu, a Japanese localization of Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories is currently in development, it is presumed Capcom are also working on this game.
