Cartel Cruiser
The Cartel Cruiser is a four by four gang vehicle used by the Colombian Cartel. The vehicle also goes under the name Cartel. The vehicle appears in Grand Theft Auto III and Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories. The vehicle can be found at the Staunton Plaza building site (Staunton Island), the Cartel mansion in Cedar Grove (Shoreside Vale) and close to D-Ice's telephone contact point (all in GTA III), whilst in GTA: LCS the vehicle spawns in Cedar Grove and near Francis International Airport, now and then they can be seen driving in the eastern side of Beleville Park which is not Cartel territory.
