Chalkie is a character in Grand Theft Auto: London, 1961 and Grand Theft Auto: London, 1969. Chalkie works for Harold Cartwright who dumped Harold's 'wizz' after being chased by the police, with the protagonist then picking the item up. The protagonist later kills Chalkie and blows up his pub.
