Protagonist
Johnny Klebitz is the protagonist of The Lost and Damned. He is the Vice President of the The Lost and in GTA IV he is the acting leader of the club, while the gang's President, Billy Grey is incarcerated on drug charges. The recent trailer for the Lost and Damned suggests that Grey will be on the outside and still in charged of the gang for at least part of the storyline.
Other Characters
Jim Fitzgerald is the Treasurer of The Lost Motorcycle Club and a close friend to Johnny. Both Johnny and Jim are seeking a truce with The Angels of Death to end the Liberty City Biker War. While the LCPD Database describes Jim as an older member at the age of 45, he appears much younger in the Lost and Damned trailer.
Billy Grey is the President of The Lost Motorcycle Club. At some point prior to the events of GTA IV Grey was arrested and Johnny Klebitz, the Vice President, took over as acting leader. Grey is thought to disapprove of the truce Johnny wants to make with The Angels of Death.
Jason Michaels is a recently patched in member of the Lost that is said to do work pimping women. At some point he dates Anna Faustin.
Very little is known of Clay currently as he does not have an LCPD database entry, though he is an African-American member of the Lost and appears in the trailer for The Lost and Damned where he is seen wearing patches that label him both as a "Road Captain" and an American flag patch that says "VET," implying that he is most likely a war veteran.
Leila Sharpe is Johnny Klebitz' methamphetamine addicted "old lady."
A senior member of The Lost, Brian Jeremy is said to be fiercely loyal to club President, Billy Grey, and is said to be displeased with the direction Johnny Klebbitz is taking the gang in once Grey is incarcerated.
Malc is a member of the Northwood Riders and an accomplice of Johnny Klebitz.
