Cherise Glover was the girlfriend of Dwayne Forge until his arrest in 1993, and has sinced moved on. During the events of Grand Theft Auto IV she dates Jayvon Simson, who Dwayne orders Niko Bellic to kill. The player can also kill Cherise. If she is spared she laters becomes a random character and will tell Niko her new boyfriend beats her, leading to Niko beating and warning him to stay away from Cherise.
