Chesti-Kov (born April 11th 1949 in Georgia) is a member of the Russian Mafia in Grand Theft Auto 2. He does a mission with Claude Speed revolving around destroying the Hare Krishna. He has lost both legs to the hips. He has a Russian criminal record for extortion, racketeering and prostitution, and was imprisoned from 1975 to 1988 for the for theft of two hundred million barrels of oil from Siberia. He is known to his fellow gang members as "The Cripple" and "The Old Man".

His name is a take on chesty cough, playing on the fact that he is a heavy smoker and Absinth drinker.
