The Chopper is a helicopter in Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars. Due to the birds eye view camera angle in the game, the Chopper is not flyable or available in the game. One mission in the game situates you in a helicopter, however you are not piloting the aircraft and instead, you are riding shotgun.

Trivia

An Action Replay Cheat Device has a cheat allowing you to fly the helicopter. However it replaces the Hearse.
The developers of the game possibly try to tease players by having numerous helicopters fly across the city.
The Helicopter in Chinatown Wars is based on the Sparrow from previous GTA games, as the game's Police Helicopter is based on the Police Maverick from previous GTA games.
