Citizens Raging Against Phones or C.R.A.P. for short is in fact Citizens United Negating Technology (C.U.N.T. for short) with a new name and social agenda once the Internet received social acceptance by the masses. They believe that cell phones and car phones distract people and they should be banned from Liberty City. This group is heard on Chatterbox Radio in the game Grand Theft Auto III. The initials spell a word for feces, which makes the group seem not very serious, like their former namesakes, whose initials spell out a slang word for vagina. Fortunately for the West Coast and Vice City, this organization like CUNT before them were exclusively for the Liberty City area.
