Citizens United Negating Technology

Citizens United Negating Technology also known as C.U.N.T., is a local organization trying to ban the Internet in Liberty City. They are heard about in the video game Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories. By the 2001 setting of Grand Theft Auto III, the Internet becomes widely accepted and the organization itself becomes C.R.A.P. - Citizens Raging Against Phones, which try to ban cell phones and car phones in Liberty City. The advertisements most frequently appear on LIPS 106, the local pop music station.
