The City of Liberty Paramedicine (COLP) is a civic service of Liberty City in Grand Theft Auto IV.
At the LC Services Recruiting Center (you can find it north of the LCPD sub-station, located right in the middle of Star Junction) they recruit people for the COLP, and other civic services of Liberty City.
