Claude Wome is, in 2008, a 41-year old African warlord and diamond dealer who occasionally dealt with Isaac Roth and the Jewish Mob. His reasons to come to Liberty City were to purchase guns, prostitutes and Perseus suits, as stated on his LCPD database profile. He was arrested in 2000 for selling diamonds and was arrested in 2002 for possessing a gold-plated rocket launcher. Claude is wanted by the Civilization Committee for crimes against humanity.
