Clay Parsons is a resident of Vice City who, in 1984 claims that Jeremy Robard changed his life. He heard an advert for Robard whilst driving, after being involved in a domestic dispute. Parsons was previously a teacher, despite having limited 'book learning', but was fired for sleeping with one of his students, who also got pregnant.
