Cochrane Dam

Cochrane Dam is a dam located in the north of Shoreside Vale, Liberty City. The top of the dam is used as a road to link parts of Shoreside Vale. The dam features in the mission The Exchange, where Grand Theft Auto III protagonist Claude Speed kills a number of Colombian Cartel gang members and their leader Catalina. The dam was named after Adam Cochrane, who worked as a 3D artist during the production of Grand Theft Auto III.
