Colombian Cartel

The Colombian Cartel is a gang from the South American country of Colombia, which gained strength through the distribution of SPANK, a drug that addicts people and turns them into killing zombies. The goal of the video game Grand Theft Auto III is to gain revenge on Catalina and to stop the SPANK business in Liberty City. Many missions in GTA III are directly tied into preventing the spread of SPANK to other boroughs (Staunton Island and Shoreside Vale) from the port in Portland.
