* A Gta taking place in late 90's in A philidelphia based city would be nice. And to make it on blue-ray for PS3 so it can hold more memory :0 Also a large list of vehicles , a few planes/helicopters , boats , motorcycles , choppers , bikes , And much more. ooh and the taxis can be early 80s crown victorias/caprices. Y'know give the city an older feeling. Along with older songs/groups aswell for the radio. We also would like to play as a female aswell x3 And when the cars crash pieces like the bumper or something fly off to add more realism.
