Placement

I saw that Fix category names, as per Consistency Policy is under the anybody heading. Well anybody can't rename categories so I think that this is a mistake. Or if anybody can, please explain how. Thank You! Biggest GTA Fan Ever^Talk 10:13, 1 October 2008 (UTC)

Categories cannot simply be renamed, not even by staff. You have to change all the pages to use a different category instead. This is because if you renamed or moved the category pages, every page would still be a part of the old category. So to change Category:A to Category:B , you have to go to every page inside Category:A and change its category to Category:B. This can be done by a bot, which is recommended because it will take a lot less time and effort. Gboyers ^talk 00:28, 2 October 2008 (UTC)

Unused Images

Unused images lists images that aren't embedded on another page, but it also lists images that are linked to from other pages. This makes the page less useful than it could be. Is anyone aware of how to change this? --GuildKnight^talk2me 17:08, 18 October 2010 (BST)

Unused Templates

I've gone through the entire list of unused templates and prodded those that we don't really need, asked questions on the talk pages of the ones I wasn't sure of, and left the rest. Most of those left are simply cleanup or userpage templates that aren't currently in use, but should be kept; a few of those left over have a recognizable use, though they're not being used, and I left those, too. The only ones I wasn't sure about were the Forum header templates ({{Forumheader/Gaming}}, {{Forumheader/Help Desk}}, and {{Forumheader/Lounge}}); I don't see any forums on GTW (which makes me pretty happy), but I wanted to make sure I'm not missing a discussion somewhere. --GuildKnight^talk2me 03:27, 27 October 2010 (BST)
