In a Grand Theft Auto game, getting 100% means doing absolutely everything that can be done in the video game. Most people claim that this is impossible without using help from the Internet, but some people have the guts, finessse, and the patience to achieve this score without using walkthroughs. Usually, the rewards for getting 100% are piddly and nothing worth wasting the player's time trying to achieve. Getting infinite ammo or bodyguards is pointless once you beat everything in the game.
