Baker introduces [[Tommy Vercetti]] to Cougar and fellow Biker [[Zeppelin]], before having the three race each other to see how good Vercetti is on a motorcycle. Vercetti wins the race, defeating Cougar who is later described by Mitch Baker as being good on a bike. Cougar is later [[Hog Tied|assaulted]] by the [[Sharks]] when they steal Baker's motorcycle, which Vercetti later retrieves.

Cougar, a skilled biker, later tells Baker about Vercetti's abilities after he won the race. Cougar and Zeppelin may have provided security for the Love Fist concert, although this is not shown in the game.
