Cyprus Phil
Cyprus Phil is a character in Grand Theft Auto: London, 1969 and Grand Theft Auto: London, 1961. The protagonist visits Phil to find out where his boss, Harold Cartwright is. After talking, the protagonist kills Phil. Cyprus Phil is a reference to music group Cypress Hill.
