Declan Mulvey is a stuntman and stunt co-ordinator who, in February 2011, added 'motion capture stunt performer' for Grand Theft Auto V to his resume, before claiming to have made an error and that he had actually worked on Grand Theft Auto IV. Mulvey, however, is not credited for any work in GTA IV or either of its episodes: The Lost and Damned or The Ballad of Gay Tony.

He has also worked in motion capture for other Rockstar Games video game titles Max Payne 3, Red Dead Redemption and Manhunt 2, and the GTA clone, Saints Row 2.
