Declasse

Declasse is an automotive company in GTA IV that produces the following vehicles:

Burrito
Merit
Moonbeam
Police Patrol ("Police Cruiser" shows on the car model itself; based on the Merit)
Premier
Rancher
Sabre and Sabre GT
Taxi (one of two Taxi models; the badge on the vehicle itself reads "Taxi Car"; It's based on the Merit)
Vigero

Declasse's car designs imply that it's real life analogue is Chevrolet.

The outside ring of the logo looks like it may be from various other car logos but the 'D' inside may be inspired from the top of the center of the Toyota logo turned sideways. Alternatively, the shape of the logo emulates a penis, with the D being the head.
