Decoy is a mission Claude receives from Donald Love in GTA III.
Mission
The SWAT and police are waiting outside of the garage the Oriental Gentleman escaped to on the mission "Escort Service". Donald Love tells you to take the security van used in the previous mission and keep the cops busy as well as acting like a decoy. You have to drive around for 2:15 minutes with 6-stars wanted level and once the mission is completed you get 35,000$.
