Dementia
The Dementia is a vehicle in Grand Theft Auto 2, that has a variation used by the Loonies gang. The vehicle, and the variation used by the Loonies, both appear in the Downtown District of Anywhere City. It gives the Invisibility power-up when crushed. It is based on the Isetta microcar. This is verified in the game with the mission Getta Isetta!, where the player must steal a Dementia Limousine.
