This mission starts off as soon as you step into the marker in the map. You have to enter a nearby TOP FUN van to get into the main part. This is the first time Tommy will control (and only CONTROL) a chopper. This is a remote controlled one and you now have to steer it over those detonators now to carry them. You can carry only one bomb at a time, but there is ample amount of time, so don't worry. Now you have to carry the bombs, one at a time, to the pink markers in the under construction building. There are four detonation points, one at each of the first four floors. Be careful of the guards in the building. You can kill them with the rotor if you like. But be careful, the heli will start to smoke and eventually blow up if dashed in the walls. After the bombs have been planted, the building will burst along with the helicopter, but don't worry, you weren't inside at all!

Avery Carrington is looking at some prime development land to claim, which is located up the road from his construction site. Avery's problem is that construction on the site has already began, so Avery asks Tommy to destroy the site. Tommy leaves Avery's construction site and walks to a place directly opposite the site, where a [[Top Fun]] van is located with an [[RC Goblin]] and four bombs. Tommy enters the van and uses the RC Goblin to drop bombs onto various targets inside the construction site, whilst avoiding the attacking construction workers and [[Patrol Invest Group|security guards]]. After Tommy places the four bombs in the building, they detonate and damage the buildings structure.

Demolition Man is a mission in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City given to protagonist Tommy Vercetti by Texas property developer Avery Carrington from his construction site in Vice Point, Vice City.

Mission

Avery Carrington is looking at some prime development land to claim, which is located up the road from his construction site. Avery's problem is that construction on the site has already began, so Avery asks Tommy to destroy the site. Tommy leaves Avery's construction site and walks to a place directly opposite the site, where a Top Fun van is located with an RC Goblin and four bombs. Reward

The reward for completing this mission is $1,000. If the mission Rub Out for Lance Vance has been completed, an RC Goblin box will spawn in the lounge of the Vercetti Estate. If the mission Phnom Penh '86 for Ricardo Diaz has been completed, the mission Two Bit Hit for Avery Carrington will be unlocked. The construction site will remain in ruins for the remainder of the game.
