Dildo
The Dildo is a gift and weapon in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas. Carl Johnson can give the dildo as a gift to his various girlfriends, like the Flowers - however, unlike the flowers, the dildo will sometimes be rejected as a gift. The dildo can also be used as a weapon, and is impressively powerful, killing a pedestrian in three hits.

- A distinctive purple dildo can be found in many piles of rubble around Liberty City in Grand Theft Auto IV. The most noticeable of these can be found in the safehouse in Alderney that is used during Party Mode in multiplayer. There is also a purple dildo in a pile of rubble in the abandoned casino in Alderney.
- The player may also acquire a purple dildo in the second part of the mission Key to Her Heart when the player has killed Benny, Millie's gimp, who is holding one.
- Dildos are also found in Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars in green dumpsters, though they do nothing.
- The Angels of Death also sell dildos on their website.
- Joseph Daniel O'Toole gravestone also has a dildo beside it after he is killed in the mission The Made Man in Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories.
