Character history
Doctor Cubana is a Latin biologist working for The Zaibatsu Corporation, however, the Yakuza kidnap him and begin to torture him in a Miara. Trey Welsh, leader of The Zaibatsu Corporation in the Downtown District, employs Claude Speed to destroy the two Miara's and kill Cubana, before the Yakuza learn their secrets.
