Doctor Zel is a character in the 2D Universe who appears as a minor character in Grand Theft Auto: London 1969 and Grand Theft Auto: London 1961.
Character history
Doctor Zel is, in 1969/1961 (depending on which game is being played), an associate of Jack Parkinson for whom he buys some pieces of art. The art, however, is being watched by the Special Branch and, as a result, Parkinson has the protagonist kill Zel. The protagonist picks up Zel from a pub before dumping him into the water, killing Zel.
