Doris
Delores is a character in the Grand Theft Auto series who appears as a minor character in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City. Delores was voiced by Deborah Harry, who gained fame as a singer with Blondie.
Delores is the dispatcher at Kaufman Cabs in Little Haiti, Vice City in 1986, having been with the company for a number of years.[1] She announces to the drivers that there is a new boss (Tommy Vercetti) and that things are going to change[2] due to the Vercetti Gang running the company.[3] Although at this point, the Vercetti Gang had not been established.[3] She gives Tommy jobs, for the Kaufman Cabs asset, through the in-car radios.[4][5][6]
