Dormatron

Dormatron was an exercise equipment advertised in Grand Theft Auto III. It uses heat to exercise you while you sleep and "burn those pounds away". You strap it on your arms and legs, set it to 11, and it exercises you while you sleep. An advertisement can be heard on Double Clef FM and it is also mentioned on Chatterbox FM. The woman on the commercial says that she prefers the Dormatron over exercising and eating right, and states that "fat can ruin a relationship".
