There is one track that was removed from the PC version of GTA III for unclear reasons. It is the track "O mia babbina caro", it preceded a commercial for [[Dormatron]].

Morgan describes this track as a "twinkling radiant and marvelous piece". If you listen closely you can hear how the S in piece is cut before it was ended.

Possible reasons for removing this track would be that the game wouldn't fit on the three CD's it was sold on, and was removed so the rest of the game could be played in full.
