The Dragon Heart Plaza is a Triad owned club that is under construction in Chinatown, Algonquin in 2008.
During 2008 a Triad Boss is having difficulty aquiring a Liqour Licsense, there for Rocco Polasi insists that Gay Tony and Luis Lopez can grant him this. Although when it turns out Gay Tony and Luis can't afford to, the Triads attack, the two shoot their way out and escape.
