Drive-Thru Confessions is connected to the church in Palomino Creek, Red County in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas. The church is featured on Rockstar's site for GTA San Andreas and it's slogan is "Park 'N' Pray", mockery of the Pay 'N' Spray. The Romero hearse sometimes appear on driveway of the church and a Shovel can be found in the graveyard.
