It is possible to enter the restaurant outside of missions by [[Cheats in GTA IV|spawning]] an [[FIB Buffalo]] so it appears inside the restaurant. The player then enters the vehicle like they would any other and they appear within the restaurant. However, the interior is not the same as it is within missions, consisting of an empty space with a table.
