East Holland Drug Gang

The East Holland Drug Crew is a gang led by Clarence Little. The gang only appears in GTA IV.The crew's only turf is a group of projects in East Holland. Clarence can infact be killed by Niko Bellic on orders from Francis McReary. They may infact be affiliated with the North Holland Hustlers, though they operate on Spanish Lords turf.
