Evan Moss is a character in The Lost and Damned and The Ballad of Gay Tony. Evan was the boyfriend of nightclub owner Anthony "Gay Tony" Prince.
Description
Evan used to be a bodybuilder in his native Arizona. He later moved to Liberty City and he became a male model. He started dating Gay Tony and Evan got him hooked on drugs. Tony's bodyguard Luis Fernando Lopez warned Tony that Evan was a bad influence on him, though Evan and Tony continued to stick together. Eventually, Evan wanted to go along with Tony and Luis when they were going to buy some diamond from a cook.
However, Evan, Tony, Luis and the cook weren't the only ones present at the location. Johnny Klebitz and other members of The Lost Brotherhood were there too and they ambushed them. Evan fled on his own with the diamonds while being pursued by Johnny and some other bikers. Eventually, the bikers killed Evan and the diamonds were lost.

- After the mission Diamonds in the Rough, News reports state Evan was killed in Broker, despite where in the mission you took his vehicle out.
