Good question. One or two things we have to ask though. Why would it only be in one ending, and even if it was just a cloud, again why wouldn't they include it? Mc hammark 00:36, March 14, 2010 (UTC)

It doesn't appear in the Deal ending because the last mission of TBoGT took place some time AFTER Dimitri was killed. Bulgarin claimed Dimitri's drugs and transported them to the carnival in southern Broker. -- Master Sima Yi 13:39, March 14, 2010 (UTC)

Well then, I think from that, we can deduce it is in fact Bulgarin's plane. Otherwise, why remove a cloud. Mc hammark 21:07, March 14, 2010 (UTC)
