Just a thought, more of a dream, seeing how Rockstar radically redid Liberty City for IV using the RAGE engine to make a highly detailed and enjoyable Liberty like New York, do es anyone think that Vice City should be redone in a modern setting, actually made to look like Miami and all done via RAGE?, I think it would be badass.

Do I think they could do it, I am highly hoping they do it. I hope to see the next GTA game continue Niko Bellic's story, as he moves to Vice City. Biggest GTA Fan Ever^Talk 03:51, 1 September 2008 (UTC)

That would be fantastic! I would also like to see the same done to San Andreas, but the map's size might make that a project for much further down the road. Personally, I'd love to see more interactive versions of Vice City, Los Santos, and San Fierro! Eganio^Talk 21:19, 7 September 2008 (UTC)

Well in my answer, I simply did just that, answered the question. My real dream is that the next game sees Niko move to a new Vice City (for any reason, I do have my ideas but would like to see something that will amaze me how R* came up with it). Then after that game I would like to see him move to San Andreas. One last run through of the traditional three locations og R*, in such close resemblance to their real life counterparts that trying to use them again would be an effort in futility because they would end up with the same thing. Vice City or San Andreas will be seen eventually.I'd say 2010.2009 is already taken up by The Lost and Damned and Grand Theft Auto Chinatown Wars which are coming in 2009 and most people are COMPLETELY tired of Lib. Cit. I know I hate Liberty City. Anyway,I'd also Like to mention San Andreas,Vice City and Liberty City were all in GTA 1 and they have made no new locations since.So the Answer would be Yes,they will.-HuangLee

Firstly, Both episodic content packages will feature Liberty City as they are part of GTA IV. Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars is it's own little game for Nintendo DS owners, and isn't meant to be the next big game like GTA IV was. It isn't even made by the same studio as the favourite games (III, GTA VC, GTA SA, GTA IV). GTA 2 featured Anywhere City, so they have made other cities. Okay,I'm basically saying R* has to use one of thee two cities eventually.I doubt three GTA games will all be released in 2009 no matter what company.And Liberty City is far overused.You are right though.They will make new cities at some point.Frankly,I would love to see a GTA called "GTA:Sin City" and have it set in Las Venturas.Or maybe"GTA:Capital City".But,R* will probably just reuse cities for a while.-HuangLee

What I would like to see done is the next two games be in the GTA IV Era and take us to Vice City and San Andreas. Then those cities will be impossible to reuse because they will be like Liberty City in GTA IV - that close to NYC. Then wiht GTA 5 they could start using new cities. Maybe when they get ALOT better technology and they can make a Liberty City the real life size of NYC and make a great city out of it they could come back to it. Thoughts? Hmmm... Realistic San Andreas in GTA IV era...friggin' awesome.I say they should basically just do what you said.As long as it's interesting and for PS3.The only things I don't want to see are another game with Brucie or Vlad.Really,I want to see Claude, Playboy X,Donald Love,Mike Toreno and either Vice City or San Andreas. Additionally,A game in 2013 for PS3 as a sequel for GTA 2 would be really good.You know, because GTA 2 was set in 2013,it's near said year,The plot would be interesting etc.-User:HuangLee

I think a brand new city would be great. I would love to have a GTA set in D.C. That would have the potential for great gameplay. After LA, NYC, and Las Vegas, D.C. is probably the most famous American city they haven't done yet. Also, maybe a GTA set in the seventies. Broeman 15:20, 2 March 2009 (UTC)

They should use niko for this series and then a new character next series (a series being gta3 vice city and san andreas then gta4 vice city san andreas)

oh yeah they should make it vice city 3 quaters the size of gta 4 and then something like vegas on a seperate island like 100km away or further or instead of an island just make it a massive road away with heaps of small towns along the way.
