I want people to give money to me through paypal to enter. Than they give me there email. I email them a GTA quiz. Whoever scores the highest gets the most money, 2nd gets next, 3rd gets next.

Ex. 10 people enter for $5.

They give me $5 through paypal.

Give me emails.

Give them test.

Give 3 people money. 1st:$20 2nd:$12 3rd:$8

Is this a good idea?
