What is the purpose of the (inaccessible) big building sticking out of the mountain by the road between Las Payasadas and Valle Ocultado? There is a parking lot in front of it (always empty). Could it be underground shelter entrance?

It has been said that it has links to the Epsilon Program. Though, I have very little idea about why is this related to the cult. Masterpogihaha 13:02, 19 July 2009 (UTC)

I've seen this building as well and can most likely theorize that it is a very secret federal building that might be used for research, though I have no exact data.--MayGodHaveMercyUponMyEnemies 16:58, 23 July 2009 (UTC)
