What happened to Bulgarin?
Rodislav Bulgarin was a character with mysterious appearences. He appears in Russian Revolution and in Diamonds are a Girls Best Friend. Before the mission Diamonds are a Girls Best Friend, he is listed as deceased on the LCPD database. What the hell happened to him?
- Well, he's listed as Deceased on the LCPD database throughout the entire game so it is possible that the police THINK he is dead. I have a feeling Bulgarin will turn up in the second DLC, since it is most likely that Luis Fernando Lopez will be the protagonist. --Aussiebushmatt 21:43, 15 March 2009 (UTC)
