Get Lost is the final storyline mission in GTA IV DLC The Lost and Damned. It is given by Thomas Stubbs to Johnny Klebitz.
Mission Summary
In the final storyline mission, Johnny meets up with Thomas Stubbs in the The Lost MC clubhouse. Stubbs informs Johnny that Billy is about to rat everybody out because he thinks that it was Johnny that put him in prison. Johnny decides to take out Billy before he gets a chance to say anything. He heads to the Liberty City State Penitentiary, where he calls Clay and Terry for backup. Terry supplies you with infinite guns and ammo for free for the assault. Johnny blows up the main entrance and the trio starts clearing the area of guards. After killing about 50 guards, two helicopters arrive with NOOSE teams.
After killing basically every guard in the prison, Johnny finds and executes Billy. Then they quickly get back to their bikes. When they reach the main entrance, that Johnny blew up, they witness prisoners escaping. Because of this, the police don't bother them when they head back to the clubhouse.
At the clubhouse, the remaining members of The Lost Brotherhood decide to burn it to the ground and ultimately break up the chapter for good. The gang empties the clubhouse and uses gasoline to start the fire. They all go outside and watch their clubhouse burn to the ground.
Notes
It is very important to watch the credits after the cutscene ends. As the credits roll, the camera pans around Liberty City, showing certain missions and things that happens during Niko's storyline and showing where Johnny is in the situation (i.e. Niko and Roman killing Vlad, then panning backwards to show Johnny and the Lost riding their bikes on a nearby street), along with a climax point during the museum heist mission which then pans out to show Luis Fernando Lopez, the protagonist of The Ballad of Gay Tony, on the roof. They are very fun to watch, full of easter eggs, and gives the player a nice look onto the whole storyline as a whole.
