These dumpsters are stationary and will stay put if shot, ran over, or blown up. On the side of the dumpsters, a light blue label reads "Institutional Recycling Program", which reveals that the are a recycling progran for [[Liberty City]]. It is one of the logos found on the AMCo. filling station sign in [[Harwood]], [[Portland]]. The name is a play on the word 'Green', which refers to something that is environmentally-friendly.
