The Heat-Seeking Rocket Launcher is a more Military version of the Rocket Launcher. It has a Targeting system. Obove area 69 with an aircraft you automatically get 5 stars on your tail and some or these missles will be launched at you from the ground ,from apache'hunter'helicopters and Hydra planes (& both air-crafts will be equiped miniguns).The Minigun & the rocket launcher are both heavy duty weapons.
