The Heat-seeking Rocket Launcher is a handheld weapon in GTA San Andreas which is a targeted version of the Rocket Launcher. It is based off the Russian SA-7 Grail or Strela 2 man portable SAM. This heat seeking launcher is somehow related to the SAM sites located in Area 69 and Easter Basin Naval Station .
