High Stakes, Low Rider is a mission in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas given to Carl Johnson by Cesar Vialpando in which you race against him and some of his friends.
Summary
Before going to the red marker to see Cesar you must have a lowrider to get access. This mission is a street race. You will be the number six car. You must drive through the city and the checkpoints in order to win the race and complete the mission. It is recommend that you get your car modified with nitrous on, before you start the race. You can also gain police attention because street races are illegal. The mission's last checkpoint is at Santa Maria Beach.
