High Stakes, Low Rider is a mission in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas given to Carl Johnson by Cesar Vialpando in which you race against him and some of his friends.

Mission

Carl gets a lowrider car and drops by Cesar's house in El Corona. The two drive to a street race's starting point and race against four other cars. Carl reaches the last checkpoint in Santa Maria Beach and wins the race.

Reward

The player gets $1,000 for this race and can replay it once street racing is opened up later on in the game.
