Hippies appear in Grand Theft Auto IV as pedestrians trying to tell everyone about the corrupt government and how the government spies on them (like putting robots in the drinking water). Hippies can be found across from the South Bohan Safehouse, near hospitals and in random locations around the city.
They appear to be slightly drug induced and each hippie model has its own unique dialog.
