Home Invasion is a mission in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas given to protagonist Carl Johnson by high-ranking Grove Street Families gangster Ryder from his house on Grove Street in Ganton, Los Santos.

Mission

The mission begins with Ryder asking Carl Johnson to help him get some gun crates from a war veteran. The mission takes place in the night time in order to get his weapons without waking the veteran up.

Ryder and Carl arrive in the house where Carl has to sneak into the house to get the weapons. After getting three crates, the two go to a lock-up so they unload the truck. In this mission Carl must remain silent once inside the house and if he makes too much noise the veteran thinks he is having a nightmare. If this happens twice he'll wake up and call the police.

(Ryder's backyard. Ryder digging in his backyard.)

Ryder: Damn! Where the fuck...?

Carl Johnson: Man, what you doing? Digging graves?

Ryder: Damn, where the fuck I put it man?

Carl Johnson: Put what nigga?

Ryder: Man, the fucking water! I need a little something before I deal with things!

Carl Johnson: What things fool?

Ryder: My homie, LB - he told me about this army motherfucker who's got all the guns we need. Not that old school Emmet bullshit either!

Carl Johnson: I'm down. Let's roll.

Ryder: Yeah, you always down, homie. Apart from when you ain't around here.

Carl Johnson: Nigga, fuck you.

Ryder: Damn! Man, you want some of this?

Carl Johnson: No, man - I'm cool on that. Where we going?

Ryder This till overlooking East Beach. Better yet, we wait until it's dark. Catch the motherfucker while he in bed.

Carl Johnson: Yeah, I'm feeling that.

Ryder: Yeah, yeah, that's it, that's it... C'mon nigga, what you waiting for? Look!

Carl Johnson: Let it go!

(On night. Ryder and CJ with Boxville truck)

Ryder: Get in fool!

(CJ and Ryder drive to East Beach)

Ryder: Where is this old motherfucker? Where in hell is he?

Carl Johnson: Relax, man. We ain't there yet.

Ryder: Yeah, right, Carl. You always right. That's my homie. Mr. Right.

Carl Johnson: Shut up.

Ryder: You can't stop me.

Carl Johnson: Who can't?

Ryder: Whatever.

(Colonel Fuhberger's, East Beach. Ryder and CJ)

Ryder: Let's storm the place.

Carl Johnson: Hold up. Let's creep in, grab the guns, then bounce out.

Ryder: Yeah, yeah I got it - ninja style! Right... COME OUT YOU OLD BASTARD!

Carl Johnson: Shut up!

Ryder: He can't stop me, you buster, Carl! OK, fool, in you go - I'll keep watch.

(CJ enter the house. He sneak and get the first gun. He take the gun to the truck)

Ryder: Keep it coming, CJ!

(When CJ bring the second gun)

Ryder: What I tell y'all? We making a killing!

(When CJ bring the third gun)

Ryder: You a natural house-breaker, homie!

(If CJ bring another gun)

Ryder: There's plenty more in there, homie.

(If CJ bring another gun)

Ryder: Take him for everything you get!

(If CJ make a noise)

Colonel Fuhrberger: Get off my ridge, you Viet Cong bastards!

If CJ make noise again)

Colonel Fuhrburger: Thieving commie bastards!

(When CJ enter the truck after take the guns)

Carl Johnson: Let's get up out of here!

(If CJ got enough guns and Colonel Fuhrburger is woke up)

Ryder: That pussy called the cops, I'm gonne smoke 'em.

Carl Johnson: Let's just get this stuff outta here. You dumb bastard shermhead.

(CJ and Ryder go to the lockup.)

Ryder: A'ight, now we straight. LB's got a storage down on Seville Boulevard Famillies' turf we can use.

Carl Johnson: I'm on it! Seriously, Ryder-man, you gotta give up them stick.

Ryder: What? I'll give up the water if you give up being a busta.

Carl Johnson: Hold it right there, homie

Ryder: Buster!

Carl Johnson: Forget it.

Ryder: Forget you, fool!

Carl Johnson: One day, you're gonna wish you hadn't piss me off!

Ryder: Did I hear something? Sounds like the busta complaining again!

Carl Johnson: Man, this is childlish.

Ryder: Man, i ain't talking you to no more fool.

(CJ and Ryder arrive at the garage)

Ryder: You see I told you, simple.

Carl Johnson: Yeah that was a real breeze.

Ryder: Say CJ, you gotta get it in your head that this is everyday shit homie.

(The player is told they can perform bulgaries at night)

Carl Johnson: Ok look, I'm tired I'll see you later

Ryder: A'ight holmes, just think about what I said

Trivia

When CJ and Ryder are driving the van to the lock up, CJ tells Ryder that he's gonna wished he had never pissed him off. This could be a reference to the mission Pier 69, where CJ kills Ryder for betraying Grove Street.
