Homebrew Cafe is a local front for the Jamaican Posse. It is located near the Broker-Dukes Expressway. It is known to be a chain-smoking bar, as smoke fills the cafe. Niko can play pool here, either with a friend or date. If the player wishes to not to bring either one of them, they can play against a computer character.
